Cage Type

There are six cage types in the census:

Type	Mice in Cage
Mating	male and females together for reproduction
Breeding	female with pups
Weaned	newly weaned mice that haven't been tagged or tailed
Ungenotyped	newly weaned mice that have been tagged and tailed but haven’t been genotyped
Stock	mice with known genotype
Plug	male and females together for timing pregnancy

You can change the color of each cage type in menu View->Display Preference.

To set up a mating cage, simply transfer male and females into a cage and change the cage type to "Mating".
